PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

BEL’M pays particular attention to the protection of your personal data. Regarding the personal data you entrust to us, we provide you with transparent information about our personal data protection policy.

BEL’M undertakes to process your personal data pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties (French Data Protection Act), which define the conditions under which personal data processing may be implemented.

Any information collected via the website by which you can be directly or indirectly identified is considered to be personal data and will be processed in accordance with this policy.

  • Distribution within the CETIH Group:

The data collected may be forwarded to the companies of the CETIH Group to which BEL’M belongs, when such communication is necessary for the implementation of the aforementioned processing.

The CETIH Group has a data pooling programme for advertising purposes. It also enables the quality of our internal processes and services to be improved. Your personal data helps us to improve and customise the services that we make available to you as well as the communication materials we send to you. For example: we can send you customised emails depending on the projects you have in mind. The CETIH Group carries out segmentation or profiling based on the information in the Group entities’ possession, or on information collected in the context of your relations with these entities (Customer Service for example) and our partners. No data by which you can be identified directly is used in the context of segmentation and profiling. You may object to said processing during the collection of your data via our forms or whenever you wish at a later stage by contacting us as per the procedure described below.

  • Transmission of data to processors

The data collected via the website may be forwarded to the processors called on for the performance of the services in the context of implementing the aforementioned processing.

  • Sharing data with trade partners

BEL’M may also have to share data with its partner stockists in your geographical area so as to respond to your request or send you marketing that may customised.
